Seiber Keast Lehner performed the surveying and engineering services for this Mixed-Use Retail and Residential Community near Elizabeth Road and Groesbeck Highway in Clinton Township, which included storm water coordination with the Railroad and MDOT.  The design also incorporated re-use of a natural pond feature.  The project includes single-family homes, multi-family units, senior living center, clubhouse with pool and a commercial/retail building and is planned to break ground in 2025.
