Set across 345 acres and adjacent to Kensington Metro Park in Milford Township, Seiber Keast Lehner designed this four-phase residential community with a 43-acre lake as the centerpiece. Offering 156 acres of open space and a 16,000 square foot clubhouse, Kensington Ridge features meticulously planned infrastructure and thoughtfully designed elements that enhance both function and aesthetics. 

Seiber Keast Lehner led the design team to develop an existing gravel pit into 830-unit residential community. The scope of work included concept layouts, site plan approval, permits, design of all site improvements, and a storm water management system infiltrating 100% of the stormwater runoff.
