Seiber Keast Lehner provided Construction Staking services to the Roncelli team for the development of the 150,000 square foot Distribution Center Building that was built in 2022 at the site on Grand River Avenue in Lyon Township.  SKL’s staking contract included underground utilities, building layout, curb & pavement, along with lighting and other site items.
