Seiber Keast Lehner performed the Planning and Engineering services for the development of the 18,000 square foot Medical Office Building currently under construction in Lyon Township.  The 1.4-Acre Site is located adjacent to Lyon Township Hall and provides overflow parking facilities for Township Meetings.  The scope of work included concept layouts, site plan approval, permits and the design of all site improvements.
