Seiber Keast Lehner performed the Planning and Civil Engineering for Terra, a private gated community in Novi featuring luxury custom ranch homes.  The site is surrounded by 300 acres of protected woodlands and was thoughtfully planned out by Seiber Keast Lehner and Cambridge Homes to provide a unique home setting for this 40-unit development.
