Situated in southern Macomb County, Seiber Keast Lehner performed the surveying, planning, civil engineering and construction staking for this 112-unit independent senior living development that consists of two buildings that were completed in 2023.   This was the newest expansion in the Villages Community which boasts a unique walkway connecting to the amenities in the neighboring development.
