Robert (Bob) Emerine, PE
Bob Emerine is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan and Illinois with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in 1996 and a Masters of Structural and Civil Engineering from Stanford University in 1999. Bob specializes in the design of commercial and residential developments in the private sector, taking projects from the conceptual site planning phase through the construction plan preparation phase of the project. He also has experience in construction management, providing him with a thorough knowledge of the building process. He has coordinated the construction of multiple projects, including those for local municipalities such as the Michigan Department of Transportation and the City of Detroit.
Robert (Rick) Drouillard, Jr., PS
Rick Drouillard received an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering from ITT in 1985 and began working in the survey industry in 1986. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying Engineering from Ferris State University in 1996 and has been recognized as a Professional Surveyor in the State of Michigan since 2005. Rick has over 30 years of field, technical and management experience in the land surveying industry, working on various land developments including residential, commercial, industrial and government-related projects.
